Arcanist is the newest class in the Elder Scrolls Online and is a strong contendor for top of the line PvP with access to both great damage and great defensive capabilities. With high damage skills like Pragmatic Fatecarver and Cephaliarch’s Flail, Arcanist can burst down enemies incredibly quick. On the other hand, Arcanist’s defensive capabilities are top of the line as well with skills such as Impervious Runeward and Runeguard of Still Waters, Arcanist can out shield most damage in the game when properly rotating between your buffs and makes it one of the best classes in player versus player environments.
